We bought a farm approximately one year ago and were lucky enough to have found Matt Loder to be our real estate agent. We were not from the area and traveled to Cobleskill on weekends to look at available properties. We visited many properties for sale over a several month period throughout which Matt was very helpful and overall a pleasure to deal with. He had no problem in working with us on weekends which was great. His knowledge of the local towns and his attention to our requests made the process stress free and overall we were very comfortable in dealing with him. In the end, with his help, we felt that we purchased a great piece of property for a reasonable price. In addition, as we were new to the area, we leveraged Matt to locate various professionals to assist us in updates were were looking to make to the farm. I can’t even begin to express our gratitude for the help he has provided. If you need a real estate agent who is at the top of his game…you do not have to look any further!

It has been nearly three decades since selling a home so I would consider this process new to us. As we thought about listing our home, we were advised by several friends and relatives to get a market analysis from several realtors. After the first realtor came, Matthew Loder, Real Estate Broker/Owner, Country Boy Realty, there was no need to have any other realtor come to our home. We never second-guessed that decision! Everypiece of advice and information from each stage of the process was just spot on and honest. From the very beginning of listing our home for the right price, to showing our home, and ultimately leading to several offers (in less than two weeks) it was a very pleasant and smooth experience. Selling a home is a daunting task. Matt Loder made that task easy and without a problem. We decided to sell my childhood home located in Richmondville, New York at the end of May 2019. After considering available Realtors, we called on Matt to represent our home for sale. He immediately began the task by personally inspecting the property and making recommendations to assist in its sale. These actions were essential to us as sellers living in a distant state. Matt Loder has been working with my husband and I for several years. We consider him family! He was so kind and so patient while we searched for the perfect property for our second home. We are very picky and searched for what seemed like forever. Matt remained steadfast to us and our search. He found us a great space and negotiated the terms. It was painless for us. He handled everything.
We liked Matt so much we went back to Country Boy Realty to look for another piece of property. This time an investment property. Needless to say, he worked hard and found us a wonderful building. Perfect for us. He knew exactly what we would like.
