“Emilie was amazing; she went above and beyond, she was always available day and night, walked me through all the steps and explained anything I didn’t understand. She knew the situation I was in and made this process as quick and smooth as possible. She always had my best interest in mind. When there was a concern about carbon monoxide and I was away she went to the house and placed a new carbon monoxide detector and she replaced a filter in the furnace. She consistently kept me updated and reached out to see how things were going and always there if I needed anything. 10/10 recommend!”
