    Hello Shane,
    Have questions. This is a working farm …..annual income?
    Why are taxes at 8k a year? Is this without the agricultural status?
    What is included besides saw mill, house, and barns? Are tractors and other related items included?
    House is listed as fair condition. I’m sure you’ve seen your share of farmhouses, What is your honest opinion of the condition?
    Any electrical/plumbing updates?

    I personally love old farmhouses with acreage.
